Quiet Signal is not a crisis or emergency service and cannot respond to urgent messages sent through this contact form or email. If you’re in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency number, or use the Support tab inside the app for country-specific crisis resources available any time.
Common questions
- Is my data private? Yes – everything you log is visible only to you, except for the specific check-in messages you actively choose to share with a specific person.
- Can I delete my data? Yes, any time, from Settings > Delete account – it’s immediate and permanent, not just deactivated.
- Is Quiet Signal free? The core app is free forever. Pro is an optional paid upgrade for extra sharing, history, and customization features.
- Can I export my data? Yes, any time, from Settings > Export Data – you’ll get a full copy of your check-ins, journal entries, and shared messages.
- Does Quiet Signal ever share my check-ins automatically? No. Check-ins are only sent when you actively choose to share and pick a recipient – nothing is sent in the background.
- I need help right now, not in a few days – what do I do? This email is for account and app questions only and isn’t monitored around the clock. For crisis support, use the Support tab in the app (available any time, no account needed) or contact your local emergency number.
